In this special month, I'm reaching out to all my friends to help me raise money for a cause. I want to raise money for 120 girl children!! It costs INR 8400/- (US$120) to support a child for a whole year. Please HELP.
I have joined the Board of an exciting non-profit organization Enabling Leadership (EL)! EL is a for-purpose non-profit Trust that is committed to working with children from poor backgrounds that will prepare them to be tomorrow’s leaders.
I am very passionate about the mission of EL because I believe that investing in today’s children has to go far beyond meals, water or even access to communities. Given the kind of challenges we face in the 21st century, we need to prepare our children with a radically different mindset and set of skills to share, solve problems, and come together as a community.
Every child matters, every child is needed, and every single child can be a Leader.
Today, at Enabling Leadership we impact 6500+ children in over 125 schools in urban and rural India. It is our mission to reach 1 million children by 2030.
